Pros – Good people
Unwaivering dedication to their Mission
Cons – National HQ out of touch with local Chapters
Lack of Consistency
Unwillingness to address issues within the corporate structure
Advice to Senior Management – Lose half of the VP positions. They are high ticket / very low produce. Listen to your middle managers, they are the best link you have to what is really going on in your company. Volunteers are wonderful but most are not nearly as dedicated as your paid staff. Appreciate your paid staff. The opt to work at a low pay, high demand, few perk job Every Day.
