I have been working at Red Lobster part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

make good money as a server, and it gets you ready for other fast paced jobs.

    Cons

the fellow employees aren't as into the job as everyone, too many lazy people just want to get paid to work and have no pride in what they do, laziness is a big issue in all restaurants im sure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

do your job and everything will fall into place, don't show favoritism, because in my restaurant there is too much favoritism and if we go to management they take it out on who's "snitching".
