    Pros

Great team. You always have fun on the job. Definetly a place any young person would want to work! Overall a great place to work.

    Cons

The pay could be better, but it is not horrible. Sometimes you have to deal with rude people, but it's not too bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so hard on the members. They really are trying the best they can. You being jerks just puts us in a worse mood.

I have been working at Red Lobster part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - The Tips
    - The managers
    - The discount on food

    Cons

    - Unprofessionalism (No one is professional, ever.)
    - Training (You get trained for a day and barely a day. You get told how everything works in literally 2 minutes and you're expected to know the entire company front and back by the next day. If this is your first job, try to find a job that actually has time to train you so you won't get fired.)
    - The Pay
    - The Lying
    - The lack of communication
    - The crappy staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to your staff and who you allow to work for your company because they reflect on you. Also, give your new employees better training so they can actually know how to do their job. Also, make sure you discuss your employee's actual job pay with them.
