    I worked at Red Lobster part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    SUPER flexible work schedule. decent tips on the pricer promotions.

    Cons

    extremely cheap promos which translated into $2-$4 tips. tip outs to employees who did little to nothing at all to help me earn my tips. at my particular location, management had servers do extensive side work at the end of the night that hourly employees were supposed to do all while paying us $2.13/hr which is WELL BELOW minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

    if you're going to have servers do the sidework that ACs are supposed to do then pay them $7.50 to do it, which is the same pay you give the opening servers to set up the restaurant.

    I have been working at Red Lobster full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free biscuits while on the clock, 50% off meals, free drinks while working, 25% off friends and family.

    Cons

    Selfish servers, managing is poor, unorganized

    Advice to Management

    Your employees shouldn't be afraid to ask questions. Should be available more, don't hire just anybody because that's the type of service people receive... People don't tip poor service
