    Red Robin truly is a people company. In the food industry, focusing on people (their own and Guests). They believe in developing their teams.

    Focuses change very frequently. Communication isn't always the best.

    Wow, what an experience, I started off washing dishes and now I am line cook. Awesome people and management.

    Cons

    Kitchen work is tough but rewarding when the servers express the patrons gratitude!

    Keep an eye on those of that love our job, we are lifers!

    Pros

    Great area, great product, good shifts, great money, family oriented, offer nice insurance!

    Cons

    They do not take problems w management seriously, allow some managers to be abusuce and play with your shifts based on who they liked even after talking with them and bringing everything to their attention. Politics as usual and favoritism rampant

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Put yourselves in everyone's shoes, get out of reports and numbers and treat people as you'd want to be treated. Hire and promote mature managers
