    Pros

my co workers are amazing. there are times where we will fight over something small, but by the end of the night we are all there to make sure that we help each other out no matter the situation

    Cons

management is the best. they are more there to tell you what you have done wrong and very rarely do they tell you that you did something right. if and when you ask for more hours, unless you speak Spanish (personal observation only) will they give hours

    Advice to Management

actually listen to your staff. as much of it is complaints about hours and shifts, most of it is because you think very little of us and only do what corp tells you and you never stick up for your staff

    Pros

-Fast-paced -Control over your schedule -Quick hiring process

    Cons

I didn't stay at Red Robin very long because the culture of the company drove me nuts. We were not servers or waiters/waitresses, but "Sales Representatives." Busboys were part of the "Sales Support Staff" and it resulted in lots of egos.

I have been working at Red Robin part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Waiting tables is easy cash. I've worked for Red Robin for 5+ years and all managers have been fairly laid back.

    Cons

Red Robin as a company has become more and more "corporate". They push and nag servers constantly to increase there sales for beverages, appetizers, desserts, etc., as well as pushing Red Robin's rewards program and guest voice surveys. There was once a time Red Robin focused more on making sure servers provide the most enjoyable guest experience but now its strictly about the numbers.

    Advice to Management

None really. On a personal level, management has been great. On a corporate level, the managers I've had are simply doing their job by being so pushy towards the staff, because if the numbers aren't up to par, management is held responsible.

    Pros

Half off all menu items whenever, not just when you work You get to wear jeans Pretty much all there is to it.

    Cons

Only hires from internal reccomendations, so unless you know someone already working you won't have a leg to stand on. Unless you are a heavy brown noser, don't expect to advance.
