    Pros

    Meeting new people, constantly moving around and conversating, time goes by fast.

    Cons

    bad tips, bad employers, bad managers, low wages, not much money, money you do make is very inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

    Lots of room for improvement, need to improve, listen to what your workers have to say. take some advice help
