I have been working at Redington Ltd.

    Pros

at redington, it was a pleasure to be able to be able to take on early responsibilities once you are ready.

    Cons

The guidance and support is less comprehensive, so you need to manage your own time and learn stuff by yourself,.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

the senior management could actually spend a little bit more time understanding the employee needs, and to spend some time on helping employees progress
