Pros – Friendly, open-minded, challenging, entrepreneurial, and collegiate culture. You are surrounded by some of London's finest talent. Most of the senior consultants are ex-investment bankers with 10-20 years of experience.

Excellent analyst programme. You are thrown into the deep end from Day 1.

Cons – Can be long-hours at times, but not nearly as bad as fellow counterparts in banking industry.

Advice to Senior Management – The senior management is excellent and is very transparent in sharing long-term goals for Redington. Both Co-CEOS are incredibly inspiring, and it is an honour to work with them.
