    Pros

Travel perks are nice and help alleviate some stress when workload seems unbearable. If you are a fitness fanatic, you can expect daily encouragement to move, cancel or delay meetings. Friday summer hours.

    Cons

Fitness (Crossfit) enthusiasm and appearance seem to matter more in terms of company progression than dedication and hard work towards daily job responsibilities. Little support offered when morale is low. Lay offs and restructuring seem to be inevitable and at least yearly, resulting in little confidence about job security. Minimal action taken when employees face inhospitable working conditions due to unreasonable upper management. Zero to no mentoring.

    Advice to Management

Work on rewarding and maintaining talent by consistent salary review and bonus offerings - time it takes to get approvals for pay increases or additional reward money is far too long - people walk and we lose extraordinary designers to competitors offering more pay for the same work. Offer support for new managers and teams.

    Pros

co workers were really cool and a few of them were really into fitness which was fun to be around. Good benefits and health insurance. Fun fitness classes.

    Cons

Not a clear vision for goals of the brand. only focused on selling and numbers not about being an ambassador for the brand. Hired people with little experience but then have high expectations to sell very technical and high price points. Very old school way of doing business... Needs to be more progressive to keep up with competitors. Product and designs aren't great for the price they sell for. Quality is subpar to competitors except for sneakers.

    Advice to Management

Way of selling is so old fashioned. felt like I worked at forever 21 not a luxury brand which it seems like the company is going towards. You want to be up there with top brands; designs and apparel don't support that goal.

    Pros

    - Great and upbeat vibe - Not a very demanding job - Great easy going coworkers - Management was kind, informative, and made you a better employee - Good employee discount

    Cons

    - Almost no chance for advancement - Slow and low pay increases (done through corporate) - Company always trying to maximize profit, so they send people home a lot - Some employees did not get a lot of hours

    Pros

Good employee discount, diverse and friendly coworkers, you can pretty much take off whenever you want (depending on your position)

    Cons

Somewhat messy management. People come and go quickly in this company from what I've experienced, so at times it's hard to find coverage.

    Advice to Management

Try to find more people who will treat the job as a somewhat permanent workplace in managerial/higher up positions, who are more experienced and serious about getting tasks accomplished.

    Pros

Amazing discount, fellow associates were amazing, this is a Fitness cultured workplace so the work uniform/dress code is very relaxed...you get to wear what you wear to the gym or if you don't work out you lounge around your house in!! Certain Leaders are amazing to talk with and pick their brain and have as mentors.

    Cons

Lack or WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Don't try to call in sick ever, you will be told that you will still have to come in anyways, regardless of how sick you are and that you will just have to suck it and get over it!! They use the camera system that is installed to prevent shop lifting as a means to track employees and spot them doing something so they can fire them, regardless of whether the issue is actually something to be fired over or not!!

    Advice to Management

Quit being petty little high school drama filled girls!! Not everything is a life or death situation, and not everything is exactly as how the camera conveys it!!

    Pros

The people who work there are great and provide a great working environment . A good job for high school/college students or if your future goals are working as a retail manager this a good job for you.

    Cons

Not enough hours to go around. You'll probably average about 10-15hrs a week.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, able to plan your own schedule if manager and allowed many employees for various scheduling use. Good managers, with the amount of assistant managers, a lot of collaboration brought out good ideas for planning and execution.

    Cons

Pay- low pay for assistant managers, low hourly pay for assistant managers. Hard to move up.

    Advice to Management

Distract managers who get paid to travel and visit stores come in for 30 minutes and leave... Waste of money if they are not going to observe what system.
