    Pros

Advanced products, excellent team, progressive company development, emerging markets, advanced services.

    Cons

not many cons, however proven technology teams can be managed more effectively with delivery of more advanced products ( this is an issue of any large company and not just RE

    Advice to Management

Be more strategic and drive internal innovation, for example addressing emergent on line services. Innovting through acquisition works as well, but then you need to retain advanced contributors, which is often not done.

    Pros

Great working environment and team members that were helpful and always available when assistance was needed. Room for growth and moving up within the company is great.

    Cons

Some teams were too large and having your voice heard during certain meetings was a little difficult when changes or updates were made or needed.

    Advice to Management

The overall company is conducted with great respect and ethics. One advice would be better time management on projects so there is no risk of issues later down the road.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

If you're looking for a stable job, this is the company for you.

    Cons

Employees are visibly invisible. Tier management flies in for quarterly town halls, which is usually a presentation of revenue for the current year and projection of the following year's expectations. Performance development is non-existent. No one will train you on anything. There is a pure disconnect between management and employees.

    Advice to Management

    See Cons. Do better.
