    Pros

Management is open access and available to all employees. Regal is not a top down, overly hierarchical company. Despite occasional inter-departmental rivalry Regal generally feels like a cohesive and well run company.

    Cons

Work is challenging and at times coordination with various health care entities can make life for the average employee more difficult.

    Advice to Management

Better parking accomodations would be appreciated.

  6. Management is confused and directionless

    Pros

The people there were really nice great people for the most part, I rarely had any personal issues with anyone.

    Cons

The management of the company was trying to chase whatever the latest trend of the day was in healthcare. Skating to where the puck is, not where it's going. The company was very silo'd and each VP had their own little fiefdom. There were stated "company wide goals" but in actuality each department was incentivized to act in their own interest, rather than as a team.

    Advice to Management

Having clear, company wide goals with the proper internal incentives to foster a feeling of teamwork would go a long way towards making it a better place to work.

    schedule staff in advance

    Advice to Management

upper management's own family is in the same department they manage? really? HR emailing the company not to question their judgement on that matter. heavy favoritism and bias, if you dont party with the upper management, good luck advancing. Pros

Free parking is the only positive about this company. Besides that maybe the free medical.

    Cons

The managers, supervisor, staff and HR is awful. Very unprofessional and does not have any sense of judgement on good employee or potential employee. Hostile environment and staff members are RUDE.

    Advice to Management

Fire and hire new management and HR members. In order to be a good company NEW CHANGES need to happen. Starting from top management down to staff members. Need major cleaning!!!
