I love the job of Trauma ICU, but new upper management makes it difficult to stay on as staff

Staff RN (Current Employee) San Jose, CA

    ProsEducational opportunities are very good.

ConsNew upper management not in tune with the needs of current employees. I feel he thinks everyone can be replaced at his whim

Advice to Senior ManagementDirect managers are terrific, but they have no influence on the new CEO. He wants to make a name for himself with the HCA Corporation at the expence of all staff RN's
