Pros – -The people you work with in your region
-Opportunities for good CSRs to progress to Senior CSRs
Cons – -High stress
-Unfair commission structure for salespeople
-Email only contact with Accounts/Billing all in the name of cost cutting
-Complete lack connection of Core Values to frontline teams
Advice to Senior Management – The core value of Regus is 'Customer, Colleagues and Commercial' , it should be 'Growth at the expense of Customers and Colleagues'
The Senior management should consider the following:
If Customer and Colleagues are so important why has the business frozen recruitment of relief staff whilst slowly reducing the headcount in centres
Why does it not pay its salespeople commission on every deal done instead of only paying out if you hit unachievable target?
Why do you need to send 10 emails to manila to sort out one simple billing issue?
Why do you never give out salary increases yet expect more and more from your centre team
Why is staff turnover so high?
Engage more with staff to simplify and improve process
Give GMs the chance to recruit another CSR if really needed
Give GMs commission on EVERY deal they close - watch your number of deals go up
