I worked at Regus full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of paid holidays (10) - even for part time people
Great work life balance due to great schedule and time off: 2 weeks vacation, 4 floating holidays, 10 paid holidays
Health benefits are very good & great 401K program
Management on all levels is great to work with!
Small teams at each location makes for a close cohesive team environment.
You meet all types of people from all types of industries which is one of the things I enjoyed most about this job.
Your duties range widely so you are never stuck doing monotonous tasks.

    Cons

This is a fast moving environment and to be successful you need to be able to take on multiple tasks and follow through on them until completion.
If your desire is to become a general manager in this company, it works best in your favor to have a 4 year degree or to be working on one.
These are not necessarily cons, but they need to be considered when you are looking at your over all opportunity with this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Regus is a wonderful company to work for and my hope is that they continue to grow and build a network of successful individuals.

I have been working at Regus full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Encouragement to run my own business with the guidance and encouragement of my AD and RVP is fantastic! I am provided with the tools and training to run a successful business and exceed my customers' expectations. The work life balance atmosphere is great. Paid time off and paid holidays work out to over 3 weeks paid time off in the first year alone! Excellent benefits packages are available. Senior management leadership is top notch. Recently restructured North America with great leadership and clear communication of the company's current and future plans.

    Cons

If you do not like change, this is not a good fit for you. Change is a constant at Regus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to solicit and listen to the local team members. The local team hears first hand from our customers and has a sense of what is and what is not working.

My experience at Regus has been amazing!

I have been working at Regus full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The PTO is amazing. It is accrued which is fine by me. You don't have to wait a year to get PTO. They also have floating holiday's. The benefits are good as well; dental, vision, medical, 401k, life insurance...etc. The job role was accurately described to me and is fun. In my opinion, it is the serving job of reception work. There is variety and always something to do.

    Cons

Some of the challenges are the inconsistency in the deals made with clients. However, once you have more of a grasp on the job, it is easier to keep up with the differing deals made.

    Pros

All the systems are in place. Everything you need to be successful in your job is given in the system. It is almost like a turn key setup. You own the center and are responsible for its P&L

    Cons

Sometimes the system changes and it is difficult to adapt.

I have been working at Regus full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Once you get used to the process, you'll have no pressure at all.

    Cons

Stingy salary though, some tenured people doesn't get promoted, have to get someone from the outside when certain senior post is needed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please consider raising the salary of your BEST tenured people try to compete with the other companies in terms of salary, invest in people because without them, then your business and your job will be in jeopardy.

I have been working at Regus full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Lots of variation in my day to day job. Good scope for learning. I have a brilliant Senior who is debt training me, has taught my all the comms patching and Regus set up and standards. She is willing to listen to my point of view and asks my opinion on how we can improve things in the centre

    Cons

Not enough staff for the amount of work so training has been fitted in around everything else

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I agree a uniform supplier by Regus or a uniform/clothing allowance would be very good. Your clothes do go though the ringer so to speak
