    Pros

Was trained in by a wonderful Operations Supervisor, was never put down for asking questions.

    Cons

Because of the small size of the company, it was difficult to get time off or have a work/life balance.

    Pros

A great, company with most management that seems to genuinely care about it's employees. Benefits are great. If you work hard and prove yourself, you can definitely move up. Overtime seems unlimited as long as it's justified. Would definitely recommend the "loose materials" or sales divisions.

    Cons

A handful of management, especially in the fabrication division, would love to run their employees as robots or slaves and it really effects the moral of the employees. The fabrication pay is not competitive with other shops. My particular manager put me in the terrible choice of my family or career. After a decade of blood, sweat and tears, I left to be with my family.

    Advice to Management

The handful of management that doesn't seem to give two hoots about their employees, needs to understand the dynamics of employee moral and the effect it makes on production and quality.

    Pros

family atmosphere makes it a great place to work. I started this branch in the basement of my home in Loveland, Co. and grew it to a 45,000 sq/ft facility employing over 20 people.

    Cons

I have nothing bad to say about this company. Most people will go off on the company that just let them go, but I have not bad feelings! I learned a ton working for them and I have lifetime friendships that will never go away.

    Advice to Management

hard worker who learns fast and is efficient

Good benefits, liveable pay, near freeways, near good food, management is alright.

    Cons

Schedule is kind of hard to deal with from time to time. Apparently having a familfy isn't of the utmost importance to this place.
