I worked at Reliable Churchill full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Get $5 raise in a month and top out at about $21 in 2 years, union job, 4 day work week with friday, sat, sun off. good co workers

    Cons

Management is poor, company acts cheaper than they have to be, union job so people feel there untouchable and dont work, benefits are ok deal able but could be better, workers have poor attitude which reflects on everyone

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen more to employees and there ideas. They know what there doing and how things works. Without them this place would be nothing.

  2.

Not a bad place to work. If you want a career selling booze, it's a good company.

I have been working at Reliable Churchill full-time

    Pros

Solid management, great products, good people to work with. It is very goal oriented. If you stay organized and on top of it, you can hit your goals. Cool perks.

    Cons

Basically working out of your car.
Not exactly a fulfilling job. Selling booze to alcoholics and drunks.
    Very repetitive. Groundhogs day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less goals. More focused on bringing in revenue than making 1 bottle placements to please suppliers.
