“Old fashioned management philosophy with limited potential for career growth”
Former Employee – worked at Reliable Fire Equipment Company
Pros – Limited amount of micro-management. Self motivation is the rule.
Cons – Salaried folks were compensated below industry average. Commissioned individuals had to be concerned about additional 'business expenses' that were placed in the cost model, where every opportunity to reduce the commission paid was exercised by the company management.
Advice to Senior Management – See CONS above.
