    Pros

Reliance Broadcast Network Limited is a media entertainment conglomerate with play across radio, television and television production. It is part of the Reliance Group and specializes in creating and executing integrated media solutions for brands. Good work atmosphere specially in Television vertical. One of the best practice in this company is 5 days working. Really good people to work with and the senior management is concerned about their team. One can play long term career in TV vertical which means a stable career

    Cons

High attrition ratio in radio vertical, low increments, high work pressure, illogical targets lack of stability in radio vertical

Huge Work Load, Does not encourage Work Life Balance, Process based organisation.

    Advice to Management

    More flexibility is encouraged

    Pros

A great place to work. Top Management is also nice and includes media veterans. In terms of learning, one should rate 5 out of 5 stars to this organization.

    Cons

There is too much of work load at times with endless reviews and some incorrect approach of doing everything at once which makes you feel stressed and annoyed. Incentive structures are biased and unreasonable for different verticals with some business units hardly have anything to attract especially if you are in sales.

    Advice to Management

They should start hiring people from the Media background at the middle management level. Also, should ease the processes and work mechanics. Aggressive approach is good and must be there as and when required but not helpful when it becomes consistent over a long period. Also, people here are unsecured of their jobs. This thing should be taken care of at utmost priority. With increased pressure at work and some past stories which have happened here, it will never stem the attrition.

    Pros

Product is good and so is the learning around it.

    Cons

High Politics, manupulative people, Boss Management very important, Have to be a yes man to grow. The Top Management is extremely sad.

    Advice to Management

Business runs on people, value them.... see them, and not a number!!! Largest enterprises have become big by taking care of employees... not by putting them down and out.
