    Positive experience

    Business Manager (Former Employee)
    Mumbai (India)

Pros- Employee Focus with strong HR practices and recognition culture
    - Meritocracy oriented
    - Professional working environment
    - You get autonomy along with reponsibility

    Cons- All Saturdays not off
    - Male : Female ratio very skewed in favour of males
    - Job rotation i.e. gaining any competance outside current department not seen at any level except CXO
    - Job Rotation in group companies also very limited though I did see some effort.
    - Favouritism in pockets albeit strong

Advice to Senior ManagementJob rotation i.e. gaining any competance outside current department not seen at any level except CXO. Aloowing job rotation in other functions/group companies gives a strong thrust to stay and constribute more than 100% because you see that the organisation is trying to prepare you for higher roles which need a well - rounded experiance. That apart from compensation is the only true reward a company can share !

    Treat people with respect!

    Regional Manager (Former Employee)
    Bangalore (India)

ProsA big Brand people look forward to work with. Look forward to challenging work, experience and pay along with a good family life

ConsHigh pressure ( Pressure cooker approach ), No family life, you will be a zombi by the end of your tenure. High tension, no proper time lines and guidance. targets need to be achieved by hook or crook, leading to all negative traits and pathways.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop the team with long term goals and not short term plans.Analyze the retention ratio of your lower rung sales staff on a 3 yr to 5 yr period, see for your self, compare with other NBFC and Banks.
