excellent hands-on to the network, potentially found no-wer at a below 5 year exp level ; awesome campus.

3. You can leave at sharp 6pm because there is no work at all.

1. Absolutely no projects ( if its there all of them are small intranet tasks)
2. This company is stranded in 1994 software industry standards, technologies
3. Not even a single person is sincere to work or company
4. Poor quality people. If you are coming from some MNC, you will have a culture shock.
5. Official language is Marathi and Hindi
6. English speaking people are very few.
7. Lots of old employees passing time to get retired from here.
8. Very less slaries compared to industry standards
9. 2 % - 3% hike every year ( if you are the manager's pet you may get 4%)
10. Poor quality managements. None of the managers will qualify to work in any MNCs, so they stick on here.
11, More freshers than experienced people ( They dont stay here if they have joined by mistake).
12. All day you will feel sleepy.
13. No employee benefits,
14. No facilities other than huge campus garden, a temple, 3 food courts and gym.
15. Teh brand is condered very cheap in the industry.
16. You can find many people chewing "PAN" in office, including some senior managers.
17. Dont spoil your career by joining this company.

Dont get embarrassed anymore in the industry. Shut it off.

stop harrassing the customers and improve your billing practices and ethics
we are the ones dealing with them not you

Apart from job stability and stress free work life. there is nothing much to say about. Life is Beautiful while working with Reliance.
Cons
People with loads of enthusiasm and aspiration excel in life will be frustrated. Poor paymasters for jr. and mid manager level positions.

The top management should start firing people who are non-productive and invest in having a strategic department in every phases of business.
