    Pros

Very much connected to Koperkhairane Stn., Navi Mumbai Any more Pros! Thinking.... I need to think about it very deeply where I feel it really .

    Cons

Infrastructure: Depends on where you work. The system are all outdated, I mean all hardware and software. Canteen : One of the worst management there and the peoples are non responsive if have a request for food change, they will make the same style food, and same kind of food. Directions: though they got a great area for infrastructure but the direction for different location I.e.; blocks is a disaster Washroom : its is unexplainable. HR: though they make great promises but in fact they are all bluffs

I worked at Reliance Communications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong network that is very dense and wide. As a network engineer, one may get exposure to work on equipment from variety of vendors. Reliance has presence in every aspect of network infra- data, transport, access layer etc and is a good opportunity to understand how small things integrate into what can be a colossal network. DAKC- Campus in Mumbai is pretty awesome with its own artificial lake, among other aesthetic attractions.

    Cons

    - Unacceptable work conditions (specific to some locations; DAKC is a definite exception!) - Professionalism. What's that?! - Part ways with words like- appreciation, hikes, work culture. - Senior management is not sensitive to entry/mid level workforce.

    Advice to Management

Must aim at absorbing/retaining competent force. A happy workforce is definitely one of the things it takes for a HUGE org like Reliance to grow.
