    1. Good start up company for a fresher.
    2. End to end knowledge of all OSS BSS systems
    3. Good food / catering services available till midnight
    4. Good Transport facility, car / bike parking space available
    5. Process oriented

    1. Salary structure
    2. Transfers within departments and change in job profile
    3. Service based. More inclined towards maintenance type of work.
    4. Purely in india, no onsite chance.

    If u guys like to stay in business, make sure rotten eggs are thrown and some culture values are strictly implemented. Work ethics has to be given priority and secondly to work and targets.

    Pros

    Good technical exposure, India wide network, largest private telecom opeartor in fixed line. Offers complete range of products and services like fixed line and mobile voice and data services, Leased line, Centrex, PRI, MPLS VPN etc.

    Cons

    employee satisfaction level low. Less employee friendly, non optimal use of resources, coparatively low average salary in junior and mid management level.
