I have been working at Reliance Industries full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The organization provides stable work environment. A globally recognized company going under transformation now; offering great opportunities for hard working employees. Have setup some decent training modules lately. Future of company as employee friendly, looks positive owing to recent changes they have carried out.

    Cons

Centralized decision making of leadership style, Does not leave much room if you are stuck in wrong position. Does not add value to your profile as there have not been job rotations. Position and skill set mapping has not yet taken off and has some questionable approach of handling this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would love to seem them handling HR transformation more seriously as overall its employee management which takes the company at the top.

I worked at Reliance Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is a good rapport from the very first day between you and your supervisors which helps you learn from them at your own pace. The work load is always given on the basis of your capability and thus you always get an opportunity to prove your skills and excel compared to others.

    Cons

Work-life balance gets affected a bit as when you are working for an industry you share responsibilities and you expect from yourself to contribute more than 100% in order to achieve more than your set goals.

    Cons

Not located near a city. But still has all the necessities for a happy life with few facilities available both inside and outside a really well planned township
