    Pros

    Great exposure to higher management, provides opportunity to work on multi-billion dollar projects, cross-functional engagement and tremendous scope for learning and creativity

    Cons

    Ambiguous decision making process, undefined career progression plan, benefits are noncompetitive in some cases, no direct relation between achievements and rewards

    Advice to Management

    Define career path for all work streams, not just fast-track growth individuals. Cultivate a culture of talent management and career counselling at all levels of all businesses.

    Its a good place to work with good perks and opportunities to grow. You need to be proactive for your cause as managers can be busy with their work.

    There were no downsides. Sometimes work can be hectic an lot of teams to navigate through but that is the case with any big company or project.
