I worked at Reliance Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is a good rapport from the very first day between you and your supervisors which helps you learn from them at your own pace. The work load is always given on the basis of your capability and thus you always get an opportunity to prove your skills and excel compared to others.

    Cons

Work-life balance gets affected a bit as when you are working for an industry you share responsibilities and you expect from yourself to contribute more than 100% in order to achieve more than your set goals.

I have been working at Reliance Industries

    Pros

the work is hot hectic, work-life balance is good from your second year in the job. Company values itself on respect, integrity, one teammentality , owenership mindset etc. collegues and mentors are helpful and cheerful and the township and moreover the compensation provided is good

    Cons

Not located near a city. But still has all the necessities for a happy life with few facilities available both inside and outside a really well planned township

I have been working at Reliance Industries full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Best/largest client company to work for. Will broaden your viewpoint towards Projects scales. Liberty to learn.

    Cons

Will get paid as per your negotiations, not as per your capabilities. Once off the track (in terms your ratings), it's very difficult to get back.
