    Decent Experience

    Engineer (Former Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsThe work load is really less. Job security is excellent and similar to a governmental organization. Decent benefits and facilities in their residential places.

ConsLess growth. The growth is vague and no one is sure when they will get promoted. It's a six day week for plant engineers which takes a toll on your mental health. Very less time to relax.
