I worked at Reliance Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The work load is really less. Job security is excellent and similar to a governmental organization. Decent benefits and facilities in their residential places.

    Cons

Less growth. The growth is vague and no one is sure when they will get promoted. It's a six day week for plant engineers which takes a toll on your mental health. Very less time to relax.
