    You have enough to read the literature , discussion, shopping inside , nice office and good location The best thing is you can have snacks anytime , good learning opportunities

    Cons

    Very slow growth , management is not very transparent in upgrading your grades and seniority level , you have really beg for leaves from the managers

    Try to be more transparent in up-gradation of employees and also provide hassle free leave approval

    Good company to work with. it has excellent technologies almost all of them implemented completely.Learning and exposure is superb.its 5 day working now.. so that is cool too.
    relaxed atmosphere at work.

    Cons

    Very poor pay master. it can give you opportunities to learn but not pay you well..

    Pros

    Exposure you get from the infrastructure in refinery is brilliant. Company has very good training curriculum. You have a very good scope for learning, as it has all the resources and database online.

    Cons

    Working in a remote area, you often feel bored. Work culture needs to be improved. Management hierachy is very bad. Most of the time, you are not actually doing meaningful work, but work that your boss wants , so that he can show to your superior boss.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dear Management,
    Reliance has a very good infrastructure and technology base. Please dont let your employees do crap work, give them the opportunity to actually utilize on the technology for learning.
