    Pros

Chilled out life, state of the art gym, good cafeteria and campus. If you want to end up by being average in your career then it's the perfect place.

    Cons

Hostile work environment, similar to government organisation where no wants to work. HR is so inefficient or wile in other words which will make you regret every day you joined the company. It's such a big organisation that you'll end up feeling lost. The management is trying hard to revive the culture but it's a futile effort since their DNA is based on corrupt practices.

    Advice to Management

Management should try to invest in young talents and closely look into HR policies which uses all the cheap tactics to squeeze blood out of the employee

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

*Learning opportunities are ample due to diversity * Exposure to all aspects of Maintenance

    Cons

HR policies are keep on changing every year..Less Pay, Slow Growth, Politics, Dissatisfaction, Connectivity...Being a very large corporation, sometimes it takes very long in decision makings. Decision making power is concentrated in the hands of a few. Politics at senior level. Same type of work for a longer time...Not very employee / customer friendly...Most of the time, you are not actually doing meaningful work, but work that your boss wants , so that he can show to your superior boss... System is only on papers and can be bypassed as an when needed by management, never rely on management's any oral or even written communication it can be changed any time they want... No Township.... No recreation facilities for employees & families... Worst & unhygienic Canteen....

    Advice to Management

Try to be more transparent in up-gradation of employees... Think about Employee Welfare. Expansion of business without end results will not help anyone.... Policies needs to be continued for the stipulated time frame instead of changing frequently....Please improve the HR department and make it more answerable to the rest of the employees..Provide proper canteen/eateries at the site
