    Pros-Very good for freshers
    -Very interesting to work at reliance
    -If working for longer hours, can benefit you more
    -Good learning curve in the starting 1 year
    -Work -life balance is moderate, depends on your job role
    -Other employees and peers are informative
    -Work pressure is moderate, depends, some-days it can be high also.

    Cons-Please don't expect anything from the company for salary increment
    -Less training opportunities once on-the-job
    -Companies policies are not transparent

    Advice to Senior ManagementMake the company policies more transparent,making it a good place to develop all employees.

    Good only for beginner's, not long term

    ProsGood learning, best technology, lot of freedom

    ConsHR vision is not linked to company vision. People are not considered as assets. They are considered as cost.
    No career path for people. HR policies are keep on changing every year.

    Advice to Senior ManagementHR policies, people management are key. Growth ,Capex pace is slow nowadays. Lot of bureaucracy.

    Technical exposure is good. good for 1-2 years but not more than that.

    Constoo much work pressure. does not have freedom to implement individual ideas. performance reward scheme is not at all transparent. Pay package is not that good, if you compare with global standard.
