    Pros

Great new transformations Everything is done at grand scale Excellent safety standards at plants

    Cons

Bad increments Hierarchy Too much power with too few Middle level managers and heads of Department Some sites have horrible infrastructure and facilities.

    Advice to Management

Implement HR policies as per vision by top management. Middle level managers tweak rules as per their convenience. Seniors who are retained beyond superannuation they should be hired as consultants for their technical excellence but they should be removed from position of power else they don't prepare second line of leaders to ensure extensions for years.
