There are enormous opportunities to learn and grow.Also good salaries are provided in comparision to other similar companies. It is the company having highest number of small and Ultra Mega Power Projects in hand compared to any other company in India.

Cons

Each individual has a lot of responsibilities and that's why people here has to work very hard. Hence employes get less time for personal life
