ProsBright fellow employees, lots of interaction with management team, good work and life balance, perks including tickets to sporting events

Constoo many consultants working on-site, constant flux on leadership team, too much of a short-term focus versus longer term focus by the company

    A company in transition

ProsThe compensation package was good, annual bonus, 401K and generous vacation at sign-on
    A mature IT Development Lifecycle
Worked with some great IT Senior Management

ConsThe company was constantly acquiring new acquisitions; the state of employment was in constant flux
The salary was competitive, but at the low end of the scale
Working downtown at the Pavilion was not convenient; long walk from Metro Bus route at downtown locations

Advice to Senior ManagementToo much management and not enough worker bees... Really need to reassess how you determine who stays and who goes when going thru a merger/acquisition situation

a place where you could utilize skills in time management while multi-tasking

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Houston, TX

Prosa big organization with opportunities to move around the company, to gain exposure in different field while participating in cross-functional projects

Consan older firm that changes slowly, sometimes behind the pace of market, business might out-grown the in-house systems from time to time

Advice to Senior Managementprovide more transparency on company direction, more team bonding environment that would increase productivity and efficiency, lead by example when situation arises
