Dynamic work environment, adapts with changing business environment

Cons – Reckless business decisions by Top Mgmt has led to losses
Company grown exponentially, but inorganically, therefore processes are not standardised
Too many AVPs, VPs - hierarchical structure is messy

Pros – If anyone wants to learns about the financial markets then religare is the best platform.

Cons – Some management policies which hampers the ongoing business.

Advice to Senior Management – While implementing any policy they should understand whether the policy is suiting the lower level employees or not.

Pros – The company and its ethics are very good. HR policy is very healthy. The Company maintains a distinctive discipline.

Cons – Some People at superior levels are not OK and friendly to work with.

Advice to Senior Management – Just don't feed the area-heads/ zonal-heads free of cost totally @ the labour and efforts of the bottom level management.......Get these guys to work sincerely and justify their CTC on their own rather than firing from their subordinate's shoulders.

Pros – Non-Hierarchical, Energetic, Ambitious, entrepreneurial,dynamic, "survival of the fittest" kind of place.

Cons – Evolving HR policies, very few women employees in senior management

Pros – It is broking company i was initialy interested to joine broking firm to enhance t my research knowledge .currently i am handeling the portfolio of the people...........

Cons – i choose religare becouse i was interested in market research and portfolio management but unfortuantly i have given a sales profile thats way i am unsatiesfied........
