    I worked at Rels

    Pros

Co-workers and colleagues were nice and friendly. But most people are not there long term, just a stopping ground until something better comes along.

    Cons

The different divisions are very divided and did not work together. Most managers are professionals but a small few are very immature and treated employees poorly with no respect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a vision and know how to put it into actionable tactics.

I have been working at Rels

    Pros

I enjoy rejecting their fees when they email me.

    Cons

Takes 50% of fee from appraisers. Total rip-off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay appraiser their full fee and charge $50 separately to bank for the AMC fee. Rels does not do anything to earn 50% of the appraiser's fee.

I have been working at Rels

    Pros

RELS has a smaller IT shop. It is a decent place if you want a decent salary. If you are looking for growth and advancement, there are better places.

    Cons

The management does not frequently back its employees up. This makes it hard to put yourself out there and affect change. This is a joint venture of 2 big companies, so if one is doing bad, then don't expect 401(k) matching, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

One of the most important things is to back your employees up. Trust is a very important thing, and employees value knowing that they will be supported.
