    Pros

If you enjoy employment brand building and bizdev, this is the place for you. Lots of cold-calling, cold-emailing, and unobtainable matrix requirements.

    Cons

Unfortunately your efforts are not likely to get you far. They have much damage control to do as they have somehow dissatisfied most of their prior clients in the local market in the most recent years. The average tenure of internal associates seems to be 1- 2 months, which doesn't give anybody much time to get their feet on the ground.

    Advice to Management

To succeed you must invest in your team. Hire experienced management and stop beating the team down with requirements that only 5% of your offices are able to maintain.

    Pros

The people are nice and the building is in a good location. They offer a decent base salary with decent incentives and health coverage.

    Cons

Although it may not be fully disclosed throughout the interview process, the job is a full-on cold-calling job. Expect to be on the phone all day with a manager listening to everything you say. I knew when I heard "pound the phones" and "pound the pavement," I made a bad decision. Prepare to have two to three meetings a day to go over the phone calls and appointments you set as well. Also, expect to do research on "non-peak" hours...which means "after 5pm." So, whenever they tell you the work-life balance is great during the interview, remember this post. Also, regarding stability, the person that has been there the longest has only been there for 10 months...so, if you're looking for stability, look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent about the position, work-life balance, and the stability of the job. Of course, you may not be able to hire anyone if you do so...
