I worked at Remedy Intelligent Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

In my opinion the best reason to work for Remedy is the opportunities.

    Cons

    Salary is not that great

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Salary needs to be higher because the staff works really hard and the are overwhelmed with work majority of the time.

I have been working at Remedy Intelligent Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They are easy to talk to, they don't bother you, they pay every week, it's easy work.

    Cons

The pay is very low, there are no benefits or holidays, I was a temp for over 9 months and nobody seemed to think that was odd.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

How about paid federal holidays? It's not like my rate was high.

I worked at Remedy Intelligent Staffing full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Short check when needed. An avenue to build your resume. Get to work at different companies. Direct deposit.

    Cons

Client corporations hard on temp employees. You will watch people with no experience at the job get hired off the street before you. Its discouraging. Hard to get assignment that pay what you need. Will be doing the same job as the regular employees for less pay. They don't protect you from client company false accusations and abuse. You get fired from assignment that's it. You will get another assignment though. One that pays less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn who your best associates are. Protect them. Protecting them will earn you money. Good associate are hard to come by. You have many good associate, yet you have many I and other did not like working with. They mess it up for all. Your clients need to be concern that they may lose your services mistreating, overworking, or firing your associates just because they believe they are so easy to replace. You provide an essential service for them. If it was so easy for them to find the employees they need, or replace the ones they have. They would not need Remedy or their services.

I worked at Remedy Intelligent Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing really good to say. The only nice thing was their direct payment card or direct deposit. The people who work in payroll are also very friendly.

    Cons

They offer very low pay and almost no benefits. One could never hope for vacation, sick or holiday pay unless you work as a staffer. The medical insurance is awful. The jobs they offer are terrible. Either highly boring and tedious or just plain disgusting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider offering better benefits, better pay, and come up with some clients that show respect for their employees.

I worked at Remedy Intelligent Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There were no pros or benefits to working for Remedy.

    Cons

Being berated on a daily basis
    Overworked, under paid
    No work - life balance
Expected to work 20 hours of overtime without pay or so much a thank you
Owners hiring upper level staff who are not qualified, cause drama, and don’t set a positive example

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop walking all over your staff, treat your employees with fairness, stop demanding your employees work OT without pay. I personally worked 40 – 65 hours a week without a single thank you from the owners. Walking out was the best thing I ever did!!

    Pros

I can't think of any at this time!

    Cons

Micromanaging owners who have NO clue about their own business. Long term employees are underpaid and are constantly berated, even though the company was breaking records year after year. Constantly asked to do more with less. Nothing was ever good enough!

I have been working at Remedy Intelligent Staffing as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Direct deposit pay checks and air conditioned office

    Cons

This company seems to have lost its mind. Seem to care more about the big boss. No one has a clue that works in the offices. I was directed to too many people to get a simple answer. No one wants to commit to giving an answer for fear is what I kept over hearing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Us hourly people do not need to hear the soap opera drama in the office. If the micromanager is the only person who can answer a question for your employees then the manager needs to be there. People seem fearful to have a conversation with others, how do you know this is all I can do if you don't let me sell myself or ask. I can do much more than just work on a line. Treating me like I am 2nd rate person is not cool. I can go to another service and they can put me to work.
