    Pros

Smart people, kind & thoughtful people. Working to make people safer - hard to argue with that. Steady growth and incredible retention of customers.

    Cons

Sausalito is not a location for everyone, intimate and small company company (historically anyway) makes for intensity that can overwhelm some people.

    Advice to Management

Keep benefits at pace with the growth and make sure career path is part of the growth strategy.

    Pros

When I worked here everyone was very smart and believed that their role had a direct impact on the company. Everyone was more concerned about helping the team and company more than themselves.

    Cons

Being a smaller company, opportunity for growth is somewhat limited. They will help you grow as much as possible but sooner or later, the growth opportunity won't be there anymore.

    Advice to Management

Keep making employees feel valued and they will continue to work hard.

I have been working at Remedy Interactive full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great, energetic, enthusiastic leadership. Beautiful location. Transparent policies. Accountable people. Creative products that drive to make a real difference in the world. A fun team. Flexible work/life balance.

    Cons

Few and far in-between! It's a small team -- and that can be either good or bad, depending upon your own personality. (Moving up the ranks can be tough -- not because your work is under-valued -- but simply because the team is small and there aren't many upper-level jobs to fill.)

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, and keep "heading West" :)
