    Pros

Good pay, interesting work, nice facility.

    Cons

Very difficult to get time off; supervisors were indifferent at best, abusive at worst.

    Advice to Management

Try developing some compassion for your employees, everyone has family emergencies sometimes.

  2. Great technology, poorly managed at the executive level (Chairman & BOD), focused solely on their personal portfolio.

    Pros

Great technology supporting law enforcement and judicial in lowering cost by offering alternatives to incarceration. Also has the ability to intelligently monitor criminal behaviors and give instantaneous corrective feedback to offenders.

    Cons

Huge issues with their balance sheet and cash flow. The Sales Organization has not been able to convince government decision makers on the value proposition of the product and solution.

    Advice to Management

Re-tool the Sales organization, further develop your software solution, focus on your value proposition, and quit trying to be a "me too" company.
