    Small so the quality of service is great, company culture focuses on doing the right thing, high ethics and values among senior leaders

    Cons

    It's a growing company processed and systems are growing with it.

    Pros

    Lots of opportunity to "get together" with coworkers, location, opportunity for growth in some departments

    Cons

    Old school, mom/pop that bends the rules for management, favoritism, no compassion for employees, no work/life balance, a lot of gossip, inequality in applying policies, benefits are expensive, pay is low, short staffed for company size

    I have been working at Renal Ventures Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Smaller corporate office which allows for more opportunities to wear many different hats. Great senior management that always tries to present opportunities for new exposure, learning and growth.

    Cons

    I have been working here for three weeks so far. At this point in time, I have not encountered any cons.

    Advice to Management

    Thank you for always thinking of ways to give me new experiences. Please don't stop! I have really appreciated this.

    Flexible, staff gets along well

    Benefits aren't that great, not alot of room for personal growth, lots of paperwork and not enough time to finish it

    Pros

    I enjoyed the relationship with the patients and coworkers Each day I would greet the patients and coworkers by stopping by their stations to say hello and engage in conversation with them this was the best part of the job.

    Cons

    In order to take a vacation you would need to have Paid time off accumulated .

    Advice to Management

    Be quick to listen and slow to speak because listening is wanting to hear. When listening you can hear what the needs are.

    Caring Executive team that makes decisions with impact on patients and staff first. Company that invests in training and development, promotes from within and providees wellness and good benefits

    This is a small company getting bigger and change is hard at times.

    Share more and provide communication to employees on where the company is going and what goals we are achieving.
