    Pros

Able to work many different positions if interested in learning and trying new things.

    Cons

Some managent/burocracy issues with "newer" outside management. Hypocracy will never get the respect or the most out of any smart, self-respecting employee.

    Advice to Management

Treat your hard-working employees with the same respect and dues that you would want bestowed upon yourself. Makes for an employee who will do anything for you!
