    Pros

People that work here are very courteous. Company has two kinds of employes.. Ones that have been there over 10 years and then new meat.

    Cons

Hard to break in sales because of older reps claiming accounts they don't work. Cold calling is very important and so is time management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training program could be more extensive. Review the client list more often.

    Pros

Its a job that you can put on your resume, however i don't know if it would help you much in the long or short term!

    Cons

Very Cheap from top to bottom. they do not subscribe to Arbitron, they do not stream, their interactive offerings are a joke, they cut commissions constantly, they do not appreciate employees, Sexual harassment has been gotten away with for years, "benefits" are horrible, bottom line management, leadership is very mis guided, the whole organization is ran like a kinder care center. No benefits for loyalty, you'll do just as well starting as a rookie off the street as someone who has been their for year. Turn over rate is extremely high. This company is selling off parts every year, who knows what will happen the the owner finally retires or passes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leave now, get out of the business and stop running off employees that are better than you because your threatened but them. People work better under incentive rather than threat.

I have been working at Renda Broadcasting

    Pros

Casual environment, casual attitude, good employees who work hard, don't have to punch a clock, no micromanagement, work can be fun.

    Cons

Pathetic compensation, terrible communication, one focus: earning the company money. No raises--ever, they double up on jobs for one person, unfair requests for time and work conditions outdoors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees, actually CARE about what they do, pay them fairly for their time and all the jobs they do, offer days off for extra days that people work. Keep the good people who actually work well with each other.

    Pros

Privately owned. You have the opportunity to know the owner of the company.

    Cons

The pay isn't great, and the benefits are good, but not great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more feedback to employees on their job performance, and recognize people when they do a good job, or go above and beyond.
