Pros

The freedom and creativity was unequaled. Every employee was treated with respect and the employees treated each other with respect. The quality of the products was always foremost in the minds of every employee. Morale was consistently high, even during challenging times. Feedback and communication was as open and thorough as anywhere I have ever worked, perhaps the best of any business I have been a part of, including major broadcast, consulting and entertainment enterprises. Every employee was given ownership of their duties and the entire staff would share criticism and suggestion with every level of management. There was an unstated awareness of the commitment to high ideals and the desire to create lasting, meaningful entertainment.

Cons

The company was sold and the staff was let go in the merger with another company.

Never compromise on the quality of the product.
