    Pros

    -Flexible work environment
-Dynamic support from departments across the company
-The ability to make your own success

    Cons

    - Travel (if that is a con for you)
-This position is for self-starters, this is seen as a con by many who would rather have their hand held, but I have succeeded because of the ability to chose how I do my work.

    Advice to Management

Focus less on the specific experience when looking for new reps and more on their ability to adapt and keep up in this environment. You don't need 10 years of solar/LED experience to perform.

    Pros

The company ranked top 5 in the new energy industry. Its business network is all over the world, OEM factories, sales offices, manufacturing base. It strategic global supply chain system is worthwhile to experience.

    Cons

The management team is changing all the time. There are no stable organizational structures. The turnover is both high for managers, directors.

    Advice to Management

The company need to maintain more stable state of the management team, to avoid frequent change in organizational structure.

    Pros

    Working from a home office.

    Cons

No real structure. No job stability. They hire and fire on a regular monthly basis, so do not expect any type of longevity here. Upper management knows nothing about how to run a company successfully!
Does not carry a full line of product, so expect to lose orders daily. Expenses take a minimum of 45 days to get paid. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing, and there are to many people involved in the simplest tasks. They pay the employees once a month.

    Advice to Management

This is not China, run the company the American way, if you want to do business here!

    Pros

Great training! They have a week of training and depending on your position you can work alongside your manager to learn as you go in addition to trainings.
My manager listens to my ideas and values my opinion!
Great environment in which to work, people get along very well.
Its fast paced and never boring!

    Cons

The only con I can think of is coming from Google, I'm used to having snacks in the office. The fact that this is the only con I can think of clearly shows how great this company is.

    Advice to Management

    More investment in IT.

    Pros

Wear many hats, which gives us great opportunities to grow in any field. The focus on doing great work here is for real. I'm constantly impressed by the talent, commitment and brains of everyone I work with, especially my team. You also learn something new everyday, which is a plus!

    Cons

    Lack of communication.
Sometimes lack of direction, but it's getting better.

    Pros

Fast paced environment, a creative playground, entrepreneurial leader, who listens and learns from his management.

The HR department, especially in comparison to other PV companies, is very advanced and focused on staff development. Transparency is high, while "workplace drama" is low.

    Cons

Slow internet and computers! Sales team needs more discipline.

    Advice to Management

Although the sales team receives credit, fostering customer relationships, building a strong business and making a profitable business model expands beyond the sales team. Invest more in other departments, IT tools and don't be afraid to let go undisciplined account managers! Most are replaceable !

    Pros

I had a wonderful experience working at ReneSola and learned a lot within a relatively short period of time. ReneSola has a dynamic, international team, and hosts a fast-paced environment. My superiors were friendly and wonderful mentors - would definitely work with these guys again if given the opportunity! Definitely became a more intense solar fanatic thanks to this position.

    Cons

The team I worked with was very small, so you have to wear a lot of hats at times - of course, this can be a lot of fun and a great learning experience!
