Cons
kind of dull working enviornment
poor dinner hall and meal quality
kind of stiff management, eg, ur promotion is largely depends on how many years you have worked there
Advice to Senior Management
not too much to say about this, hope renesas could give more decision rights to local staffs rather than making every decision at HQ

Advice to Senior Management
You have a cynical and critically low morale workforce because of your own doing. Please recognize and accept this responsibility instead of passing blame to workforce
Pros
Good place to start if fresh out of college, however in subsidiaries, there is not much advancement that can be made especially on the solutions side.
Cons
Poor subsidiaries, need better planning on strategy and staff management instead of the usual Japanese style of working. If possible adopt more MNC management for better staff morale.
Advice to Senior Management
As per the above, to adopt more general management techniques especially on MNCs and also to relook at how strategy will be managed
Pros

Advice to Senior Management
In software development field, It may still exist some problem about the quality of product. The management of software producing progress is not complete.
Pros
Good Compensation and Retirement Package.
Can immediately make a mark, most people working there are below average.
Cons
Upper Management is very dirty and can stoop to any level.
As typical of any firm that is not publicly traded here in the USA, your performance, talent and skills count less compared to how well you can play in the office politics.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to lead by example. Treat employees with respect, integrity and allow them to express their opinions freely. Change the overall incentives and work culture so that people actually work and not get away with doing the bare minimum
