I have been working at Renhill full-time

    Pros

Never a shortage of things to do. Co-workers are helpful and friendly. The management changed in 2013, which has lead to more transparency and positive changes in company culture. Fast-paced environment, which is never dull or boring. Management is flexible when it comes to work-life balance.

    Cons

Communication to employees could be better. Pay is low in both temp and internal positions. They are losing good people because of below-market pay. Distinct cultural difference between departments, which leads to lack of cohesiveness. Office employees only get two sick days per year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay employees more in line with the changing market. Increase sick days. Work to improve communication and transparency.

I have been working at Renhill full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

There is none...It started with job, job, job...now nothing since Dec 18,

    Cons

I have waited to respond to this request for a rating for a couple days so that I can respond without anger...I have worked 3 jobs through Renhill and liked everyone of them and the routine was when I knew one was ending I would call and leave a message and within a day or two I had another job to go to...when I called the monday before leaving a message for her to let her know that my job was ending on Wednesday December 18 I received no reply so I called at the end of the following week leaving a message asking her to call asap wanting to know what my next job would be. When I actually get a reply I get scolded like a child for even wanting a reply and being told that I cannot act like this everytime I don't get a reply..she told me that there was no work right now and that she would give me a call when she had one and that she is busy and does not have time to reply to all calls. That was in December and almost 3 months later still no call for a job. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong at a job...never been told by the customer or her that there was any problem other than me wanting a reply to a message. I called last week and left another message asking for a reply to and still no reply....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I went to a to Renhill because I needed to work not sit at home waiting for a call on some work you would think that a because a temp agency makes money when they put people to work...I would have a job right now...Guess the business isn't that important.

I have been working at Renhill

    Pros

You can schedule your days in advance to complete your other tasks

    Cons

Once you accept an assignment you can not cancel the assignment without Renhill help. This may cause problems for the school because you can not discuss the change until one hour before school starts.
