I have been working at Republic (less than an year)

    Pros

chances to move around the country and its an easy job.

    Cons

basically you will only get somewhere in republic if you stick with it long enough. Its not based on skill or knowledge you basically have to be a yes man to the big bosses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

ask your lower salaried employees their opinion on things and give them the chance to shine. and don't be afraid to try new things and stop sticking with the same old boring republic image. GO ALTERNATIVE! and stop copying river island.
