    Pros

    Good salaries and structure. Great place to learn the trash industry as their training is comprehensive.

    Cons

    Life work balance can be atrocious. There are too many conflicting interests from within the organization that can pull you 20 different ways.

    Pros

    Great work hours, great customers that is all!!

    Cons

    Shannon runs Kay & Keliah. If your not labeld "cool" in her book then your gone! They have to hire thru temp services because they can pick and choose who fits with shannon. KELIAH DOES NOT DO ANYTHING A SUPERVISOR SHOULD. She talks about how sorry upper managment is to shannon and also sends hateful emails and texts back and forth! They HATE opperations and drivers more then anything when you dont participate in the negative talk about them they will push you out!!! Keliah sits on her phone most of the time on facebook and eating. They lie to customers so they dont have to deal with them!!! They call it russian roulette when a customer calls back! This place is a life sucker! If your not hailing to the queen shannon your not going to make it!

    Advice to Management

    Get keliah some help standing on her own 2 feet! Shannon knows alot but if she was about anything she would be the sup! You should NOT have to worry aboutwork place bullying! Turn the cameras on record and see whats really going on!

    Company has a good structure in place

    Management is not always on the same page - not enough corporate oversight for local management with no input from supervisors or employees

    Provide more onboarding and training to supervisors and employees

    Pros

    Good Benefits Package, they have very good medical and dental coverage as well as a good 401K retirement plan. The also provide uniforms and a boot allowance

    Cons

    They say they want you to succeed but do not give you the resources to do it. The equipment is old and requires a lot of maintenance to keep them running safely

    Advice to Management

    concentrate of fixing the problem not just covering them up. Keep the trucks on the road require money for parts and training

    Good pay, and good benefits

    Cons

    Management doesn't think of you as a person they think of you as a number. Has gotten worse since January. They just worry about their bonuses. No appreciation for the employees. Their words verbatim- "we can work you 14 hrs a day.

    Advice to Management

    Worry more about getting trucks fixed, and having enough trucks. Keep the customers happy. Show appreciation towards your drivers. They are a reflection of the company. There is too much to list. Did not used to be this way.

    Pros

    I worked as a contract employee with great people in a great environment. I would have loved to stay, but they only seem to hire MBAs and/or ex-Big 4 auditors for permanent positions.

    Cons

    None. Always treated fairly and as a member of the team, even as a contractor, and for the intern that I saw there also; two categories that are frequently not treated well.

    Advice to Management

    You could get some great and eager employees if you would look at the persons whole background, not just the educational pedigree.
