    Great benefits, they keep the lights on. Excellent help with grant management and grant submission

    Cons

    PIs reign the roost and there is absolutely no job security

    Advice to Management

    take better care of research assistants and junior staff.

    Pros

    A number of staff members are really great to work with and some departments allow you to grow. Really good benefits package.

    Cons

    Office culture has changed a lot in the last few years especially with the constant reorganiztion changes. Needs better communication between staff and leadership.

    Pros

    Not too demanding, pretty laid back, easy-going. The research is a little slow, not to many young people are interested in Research like it was 10-15 yrs ago.

    Cons

    Not a lot of work to go around, no room for advancement,.

    great experience, room to excel but then again no one will really care unless u have a phd

    everything is grant funded can lose your job out of nowhere
