    Pros

You can´t beat the location- the office is located the heart of Beverly Hills. As a RA, you will be doing a lot of data entry. However, if you are proactive, you might be able to shadow analysts and get involved in some pretty cool projects. They emphasize an open-door policy. No matter what your level is in the office, you are treated as someone with value. The hours as a RA were really flexible so you can work around your schedule. Pay is good. Hiring is usually internal so if there is an opening, you can be hired on as a full time analyst.

    Cons

Work can be repetitive and boring.

    Pros

Flexible schedule and great pay as a Research Assistant for a student. Basically the perfect part time job in a nice office with a friendly, casual atmosphere and people. And when there are no cases to help out with (which happened fairly often), you can study or do whatever else you want and still get paid during your hours. A lot of fellow interns chose to stay and got hired full time.

    Cons

Most of the work is data entry so it can be repetitive and boring.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really, everyone I knew at the time was great.

    Pros

Beautiful office space, Beverly Hills location, collegial atmosphere

Great opportunity for students since you have the ability to set your own hours. May hire you after graduation if there is an opening.

    Cons

You won't learn much unless you are proactive and seek out mentorship. Work is tedious (lots of data entry).

    Advice to Management

Offer an orientation or training. Brief RA's on the case before giving them a task so they know the purpose of their work.

    Pros

Friendly professional, SMART, staff and management. Projects were interesting and enlightening. The best part was hat the whole team felt like a tight knit group of extremely intelligent friends.

    Cons

The only drawback for me was that I took the internship before realizing what what majors they see for their senior consultants.Quantitative fields that include econometrics were best suited for their more senior consultants.

    Pros

The environment is very friendly, and the office culture is well maintained and orderly. Overall, the atmosphere is great to work in.

    Cons

Case work comes very rapidly and so it is expected of the interns to increase their hours. At times, it is confusing on who you are reporting to, and what project you should be doing.

    Advice to Management

Clearer structure on who to report to for the interns.

    Pros

Friendly people, young office environment, helpful coworkers. Great for learning programming and picking up analytical skills. Work with Fortune 500 companies. Firm promotes from within.

    Cons

Work can be repetitive. Due to their specialization in Wage and Hour and Discrimination Cases, the firm has put themselves in a niche market. Therefore the casework that comes in can be tend to have many things in common. Politics play a role in work distribution. Strange organizational structure where managers outnumber those below them, thereby impacting the flow of work distribution.

    Advice to Management

Work distribution, Company Culture, Organizational Structure.
