    Corporate culture is conducive to learning; Opportunities for advancement; Compensation potential high; Team environment; Experienced senior management is always available to help.

    Cons

    Flex hours are difficult to manage; frequent travel is required; high volume demand from client base takes its toll during peak season.

    Pros

    Great diversity within the company and respectful of other cultures
    Satisfying customers is top priority

    Cons

    Company expects employees to put work ahead of family, health, and any other commitments
    Many employees are on-call at all times and are not paid for time worked while on call
    Does not value employee happiness or work-life balance. When the customer calls, employees are expected to respond immediately, regardless of time of day or day of week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider allowing employees to take time away from work
    Recognize the value of letting employees spend time with friends & family without work interruptions. Don't expect them to continually change their life to accommodate their work & customer demands.
