    Great place to work!

Employment Counselor (Current Employee) Minneapolis, MN

ProsEnjoyed the relaxed pace and flexibility of working for RESOURCE and knowing that at the end of the day you were doing something worthwhile. The company is very decentralized which is great for feeling the freedom to do your work in the way that it seems best. The best thing about RESOURCE is feeling like you're making a difference for your participants.

ConsLimited opportunities for advancement and growth. Decentralization means a lot less regulation from HR, but it also leaves little room for training & moving forward.

Advice to Senior ManagementSomewhat stagnant to innovation.

ProsAt ReSoure they give you freedom to make your own decisions, allowing your creativity and skills to be utilized efficiently.

ConsAs a non-profit their budget is limited, so career advancement is limited. There are no other cons aside from their limited budget.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
