    Responsys is a class act.

    Recruiter (Current Employee)
    San Bruno, CA

ProsLeadership is extremely strong; very forward thinking; respectful; honest; great products; smart and nice coworkers. The Interact conference was stellar and it served as a great reminder of why I work for Responsys.

ConsThe San Bruno office can be difficult to commute to when there is a Giants game or bad traffic.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to keep the employees in the loop on our successes and challenges.

Great Team to help me out with Onboarding

Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsI have been with Responsys for 3 weeks now and I am very happy. Both my manager and my director were in constant contact with me even before I even started my position. This was nice and helped me feel comfortable coming in on my first day. My manager and team has been very attentive and answered all my questions about the material. I am very excited to continue to pursue my career here at Responsys.

ConsI think that the on boarding handbook could use some fine tuning but aside from that I thought the on boarding has been great
