Challenging Complexity, Career stability, lack of quality and a lot of stress

I have been working at Restaurant Application Development International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A stable business, supporting McDonald's restaurants all around the world. The benefits are just fine: good salary, excellent health assistance, and even an innovation program that awards the best ideas which a good amount.

    Cons

The managers are not able to deal with the customer when the topic is schedule. That brings a lot of problems to the teams that have to deal with it themselves, giving up to the quality and eventually getting into a lot of trouble and stress. It gets worse when you hear speeches about the commitment to quality, and value statements of "simple, practical solutions" and "integrity".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I recommend to review the company's value statement, and reinforce it to the managers, so them can be reminded about it. Or simply drop the statement and assume things is not really that way.
