Pros – You have some times you have to work, but otherwise make you own schedule. Most of the people who work there are nice. There is the potential to make good money.

Cons – Chaotic. Not systematic, and methods keep changing. Only a few people do well, the rest struggle. They pit workers against each other to compete. They encourage sales of unnecessary products.

Advice to Senior Management – Support your employees better. Get organized.
